Order cancelled without any prior information

I recently ordered a watch for my gf’s birthday. To be on the safer side i ordered it 20 days before the occasion. And i kept on waiting for 20 days and didn’t get the delivery. When i called the costumer care to inquire about the delivery of the intended product, the reply i got was shocking. They said that due to unavailability of my presence at home, the order was cancelled. The courier company they employ doesn’t even have the basic ethics to inform me by calling or by email. At the end i had to reorder the watch. They not only destroyed the essence of the occasion but also kept my credibility at stake. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this site. I had to give the least rating because they won’t let me leave the ratings column blank.
