The worst experience i ever had with any shopping website and Jabong is the one. I bought two kurtis from Jabong and there was a size issue. I went to their website and made the request for exchange and after hearing nothing from them for three days i called up customer service representative and asked about the same and he answered back saying we did not receive any request from your end. Then anyhow i managed to make the request for exchange of the product over the phone. I was told by an agent that i will be receiving a call within 24 hrs for the same to confirm the request. I received the call in 24 hrs but being in office i missed that call and then i got a message from Jabong that your request has been closed as you did not answer the call. That happened on 13 jun. Then on 14 jun i called them again and made the same request and again i was told by an agent the same bullshit of receiving call within 24 hrs. I mentioned the timings specifically. But i never received a call from them. I called again on 15 jun i wast told the same story but never received a call . Then i called on 17 jun and spoke to agent ’ CHANKITA’ and had a long conversation with her, at the end i decided to return their product and get the refund for that. She guaranteed me that they will return the product and i will receive the email for the same request . But as expected i did not receive any email. I again called today and spoke to agent “SHIV” and he told me that we never received any return request made by agent ‘CHANKITA’.
It was such a horrible experience with their representatives !!! I wasted my hell lot of time with these stupid agents . Seems that their business is totally fraud. It was a prepaid transaction and i don’t know when i am gonna receive my refund. But i will never use this website again and will never ever recommend it to anyone. I will put these blogs wherever i can in order to reduce my frustration.
Their rating for me will always be ZERO!!! Pathetic website i ever dealt with!!!!
