THESE PAYTM PEOPLE DONT EVEN READ THE MAILS BEFORE REPLYING. INSPITE OF TELLING THEM TO PLEASE TRY TO PAY ATTENTION TO MY MAIL, THEY DIDNOT.

I did a transaction TRANSACTION OF RS. 6855 vide: BILLDESK ORDER #EPT24167548715.
This was for multiple order at EBAY. Now due to cancellation of an order, Ebay has refunded part of the amount i.e. RS. 6151.20 back to my paytm wallet.
I also have enclosed the confirmation from ebay about the Refund of the Amount !!!
My issue is the Refunded amount of Rs. 6151.20 from Ebay has not been credited to my PAYTM Wallet.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We understand that your transaction was not successful however, the amount was deducted from your account. We’ve reviewed and noticed that the recharge was unsuccessful due to an issue with wallet.
We have already initiated the transfer of INR 80 to your bank. The bank may take 3-10 working days (and sometimes even more) to show this money in your account/card.
If, there is any further delay in receiving the refund, please check once with your bank quoting the refund reference number 4130030809.
Should you need any further assistance, kindly let us know.

Totally agree with you. I’ve been having the same issue. Since past 1 month struggling to make them understand my issue but keep getting funny replies from them. Worst customer service. No doubt. Tried sending email to the Grievance team to get assistance. You may try doing the same.
Copy paste replies are there with many like mobikwik…etc
But I could always resolve issues with paytm, so be patient and pursue it. It may have to do with wallet limit…etc.

there is a limit of 10k per month in paytm for non verified wallets. If that is the case, you will get your refund next month on 1st

they respond fastest on twitter, so published id and account id in direct message.. they again could not find account or transaction.. finally gave them screenshot on twitter itself.. and they credited in few hours..
dumbest cust.care and i doubt their intentions also..
paytm customer care executives are the dumbest i have come across..they just copy paste no other skills..
