Peppertap Store Review
Peppertap is next grocery service after Grofers and Bigbasket. Currently it is working in many cities and recently it also started in small cities like Jammu and Rajkot .
It has mainly seven categories including Fruit and Vegetables, Food & Drink, Staples& Spices, Breakfast& dairy, bath & Body, Home&hygiene and Baby Needs.
Also they have some payment option line COD, credit card, debit card, net banking and paytm wallet.
Pros: They started refer n earn program in which user can earn upto 2500 credit to refer own promo code to others.That promo code have discount of 150 on 250. Also its a completely digital system so no any paper work needed to delivery boy.
Cons: No any more payment getaway discount and not giving bill to customer.
Overall Peppertap startup is very nice because of refer and earn program and beat grofers in future.

My experience has been really bad in Gurgaon.
I placed my order and it was not delivered for 3 days. To make matters worse their customer care ( probably cheaply outsourced) didnt have any idea and kept on promising it will be delivered in next slot. My order was postponed more than 6 times. Also there was no reply to any of my emails. My suggestion order only if there is some real amazing deal on COD..so you can at least cancel the order and dont have to bug them for refund
