I bought a phone from ebay but that was faulty & i opened a claim wide claim No 1846808 & returned back the product to seller but my refund has not been approved yet. It has been almost 53 days but no revert from ebay. Everytime i call ebay customer service they told me to wait for 24hrs we will call u but actually they never called me. Never buy anything on ebay, if there will be any issue after purchase then think that u have lost your money as there service is absolutely poor, poor & poor.

mail them, tweet them and drag on social media with proof of delivery snapshot they will surely reply in 48 to 72 hours

@aabid119360 bro there are 2 things which have to do
1. Contact the seller again and say ebay is saying you have not email to them for refund Pls send it as soon as possible
2. After contacting seller and confirms he had send the email then contact ebay customer and say I have waited a lot I cant wait any more pls transfer my call to your senior executives, they will transfer your call and tell the whole matter and senior will check the status and email received from seller in which he confirms to issue the refund after that within a week you will get refund
