Poor show!

Money deducted instantly!
But…….
No email, no sms…and the best part, my order does not appear under ‘my orders’ list.
Money gone…but no proof of purchase, except in my bank statement.
No reply from customer care!

got a mail from GRABASAP that they have send my order on 21 feb 2014 although I booked them on 3 march 2014.
