I had booked Indigo flight on 28 September and due to departure time changed by Indigo Airlines .
I cancelled the flight . Indigo returned my money within 4 Days .
But Goomo customer support is horrible and Its already 20 Days passed out ,
My many is stuck goomo and customer support guy is talking so much rudely .

btw finally i filed dispute with my credit card provider .to take my money back .

Hope my experience will help others .

Goomo is very bad
I had to cancel one hotel booking. They charged 200 for fully refundable booking as cancellation charge. I got my remaining money back in more than 20 days and that too after calling them repeatedly. They never replied to my mails even.

Only book with them if discount is really good enough to take all that trouble.

Thanks for sharing the experience in DD .
Goomo has very bad customer support .I finally found my money back but they
debited the Discount as well as the convenience fee . Even i am never going to book ticket
in future with them .
