to buy something from Snapdeal was my biggest mistake, i order a doodle 2 white phone on 25th August nd after a week i was delivered a blue phone which was nt switching on , as
phone was of aug 2013 manufacturing nd its battey has drained, den i immediately reported it by Snapdeal app, nd an engineer visit was scheduled , engineer came nd found me right, nd pick was scheduled, delivery boy came nd pretending that he is bigger engineer than the one who visited me previously, nd called his senior, “sir phone to purana lag rha h” nd left without picking up, den i again complained nd phone was picked up, nd since den 10 days has gone nd Snapdeal still processing my replacement, nd der is noway to talk to Snapdeal executive, as I hv tried it on 9212692126 but only automated answers der, it’s regarding my order id 19746278200, which was my biggest mistake ever as since 15 days I m waiting for my order nd they are replacing it but I hv some queries ,as wht will happen if this
product also doesn’t work , or they send again
send blue colour phone while I hv ordered white, please help if anyone can i m trapped

Stop buying electronic items from shitty brands
File a complaint at consumer forum
SD has been using similar tricks for many yes with many customers.. search on Google for proof. If u can be persistent you can claim it back or else they gain. 1000s of very similar tricks used by Snapdeal to cheat it’s customers
BRO COMPLAINT ON TWITTER , tag to snapdeal and kunal bahel , and write fraud company and attach some pics of old phone which u get , u will get a call within 30 min
