Ordered Kindle from them and got the product in 17 days. Its bit delayed, however usually the delay happens for all major ecommerce portal who ship the item from outside India. I have ordered it from them thrice and got the Kindles within 10-20 days max. I have also purchased an`Apple iPod(Indian stock) from them and they delivered it to me within 48 hours.
