Had shopped for around 1400 last year, but had returned the product as I was not satisfied.
Now, when I log in to shop as I had my credit points for the same amount, they say its expired, when I never get a notification through message, I did call customer care, they say we mailed you, when I am not sure of checking my personal mails as I get hundreds of mails daily! They text us when we order, deliver and cancel. then why can’t they text when my credit points were damn expiring!
Seriously, with the dumb policies of there’s. I lost 1400 of mine!
Be carefull Folks.! Use ur credit points at the earliest! Else This site specifically loots you!
