Paytm shopping may be reliable but one thing I want to tell you all who are using paytm or any transactions related to paytm such as money transfer using paytm.
This happened with me and I hope it won’t happen with you.
As Paytm is trying to become a bank and this is very sad that paytm has not reached that level to become a bank.
Recently I made a transaction of 25 thousands to wrong number by mistake and now no is helping me to get my money back including paytm.
I contacted that person he refused to give my money back.
Paytm is not even giving me the details of that person so that I can contact that person.
Also police is not even bothering to give a fuck about this case.
One thing which we should keep in our mind is that if the same situatons happens with us and the mediator is some cooperative bank like SBI,PNB, etc. Then we can get our money back.
But if the mediator is paytm or any other e-wallet bank, then there almost no chance of getting your money back.
So dont make any large amount of transaction using paytm.
Because if you get into these situations I don’t think anyone will help you.

Damn… this is scary! I never liked paytm, they already prove themselves to be cheat to me in a fake offer where my recharge amt of 399 went fully wasted.
But 25k is a really big amt, hope you get it back.
Don’t expect any help from Paytm in this case as you should have been careful while transferring such big amount.
When transferring a big amount do it in 2-3 or 4 smaller transactions. Also proceed with next transaction once prior one is successful.
Always do a small amount transaction like 1 to 100 before a big one…. once its done, its done. Banks cannot help either, bcoz the receiving person can raise a case of unauthorized transaction.
Then it totally depends on another person’s honesty. 
Suggest to raise charge back with bank saying your card has been misused and paytm wallet hacked
Nobody including banks won’t be help in this case.
How did this mistake happen? You must have been careful enough to transfer 25k
