“Shoppersstop.com is not at all a remarkable shopping experience over the Internet”.I had ordered six products on 30th June’12 which were delivered on 6th July 12. On the very day, I registered a request for reverse pick-up as two of the dresses didn’t fit me well and they confirmed that the reverse pick-up would be done with-in 3-5 working days.I had huge expectation with this e-store and also basis prior reverse pick-up experience with other brilliant websites. Let me add one more thing here, they have a very competent courier partner for reverse pick-up in Pune- Aramex. We all know the dreadful service by Aramex.
After more than ten day’s,I called up the Customer Care to check if the reverse pick-up would be done two days and they confirmed the same, which I din’t believe hence checked the website for the refund/return process and found, the return can be done only in 14 days(cc did not inform me this) & one can visit the nearest store of Shoppers stop and return it and get credit note valid for 6 months. Hence, I would go to a store near buy shopper’s store and get the credit note!
To sum-up my experience the customer care is not pro-active about the concerns of the customer, refund/return process are not transparent at all and the communication(about customers issue) from Shopperstop.com is nil.
