Via.com is cheating

Hi friends,

I have bought 2 coupons from via.com @ 5998 and the product was not clearly written in the site about offer, offer is valid only in limited sectors, thought it says you can travel any where in India at a fixed price.
I have tried booking tickets from general option (Book Domestic Flight Tickets) and found a Flight Tickets to my required destination but again when I try to check the same destination from (Book Using Via Air Coupons) then it doesn’t show the list of Flight available you will get only one error message i.e. flights not found for the given dates. Friends this is my humble request not to buy any thing from via.com customer care is so hopeless they don’t even respond. I have mailed my issue to [email protected] and it is been 4 days now and there is no response from them I am thinking of going to consumer forum , people in Customer care gave me suggestion of using this coupons to other destination where I donot require going via.com is cheating people and one of the agent added they don’t have return or refund on the coupons once bought .: oops:
