Worst customer experience with delivery people

One of the horrible experience have faced in past 5 years. Though the problem already conveyed to the Myntra customer care but didn’t take any necessary action against delivery guy . And it’s very difficult to contact the customer service executive to reach them when customer is in a problem.. service of Myntra really very annoying & it’s sucks .
