Worst e-commerce site ever

I ordered a Philips juicer from Timtara..Even after a month no communication from them. It didnt get shipped. I tried calling their CC. (infact its not a customer care number. its all about a mobile number). Nobody picked.
After three months, by gods grace I got my Juicer.
NEVER EVER order anything from this site.
