Worst ever Flipkart

Flipkart customer care does not even understand the customers problem there for is unable to provide a solution. Very simple question why can’t i avail the hdfc offer on debit card emi as i have the option available. It shows an error press back to retry payment, on mobile apps and pc it shows to many people on flipkart. Cce says try after some time after i explained i have been for 12 hrs. Even a dumb person can say something is wrong. Anyway i better not wast my time.
