Worst experiance in flipkart.

Flipkart has worst policy in returning item for show piece product. I have ordered show piece and received cloth. And when i am trying to return my return is cancelled. What will do witg a product that i want like. They are not ready to provide alternative solution for this issue. Worst experiance in flipkart.
