I had ordered a top worth rs 1859 from jabong. Dorothy Perkins multicolor top with order number #180806603971067 which I received however was big in size and I requested for an exchange. The exchange order was picked up from my place and later they sent the replacement order. The delivery boy refused to give it me saying that I am supposed to give him the exchange parcel in return which I had already returned.he didn’t give me the parcel and left. I called up customer service and made a complaint. 2 days later on 14th August while I am at work and no one is at home I get a message that the parcel is delivered. I immediately called up Jabong saying I have not received any parcel.they registered a complaint and since then as per them they are trying to trace the parcel but if no use.

They even sent me a msg stating that as per thr records the parcel is delivered to me. So in a way they are calling me a liar by trying to tell me indirectly that my complaint is baseless and that I am unnecessarily lying about not receiving the parcel.. I mean look at the irony.

It was a paid parcel for exchange and there delivery boys conveniently stole it and me as a customer has to pay for it. No background work was done to investigate.

I want to see the proof of delivery. I have called numerous times.i have written multiple emails.the chief officer has not even responded to one of my emails. I was a loyal customer was last many years. Jabong has broken that trust. They don’t respond to my emails and on calls they just ask me to wait so that eventually they can shut me up once I get tired.

I think that delivery guy is a culprit. If you have his number post openly that too, with the city name so that other people are aware. Also, go to your area police station and file a police complaint against his number. Some delivery guys are thinking too high of them. Teach him a lesson. Show him whose the boss here!

This shit happened with my hostel roommates! Jabong will deliberately send larger size then customer demands exchange/replacement, they’ll conveniently take away your wrong order and will never send your exchange parcel or refund.
This is how they’re most of the time running their business.
