Worst experience with ajio.com

I ordered a pair of white converse shoe as a gift for a friend. They attempted 3 deliveries but they never came to my house nor ring me up.every delivery i call the customer care but they always told me to wait till the last promised date…that was an excuse coz they attempted 3 times but never reached me .they didn’t allow us to have the deliveryman phone number.the product should be delivered before 2nd November but on that final day they attempted once more but they ddnt reach me again so i called the customer care .after a long call they put my phone on hold and later said that the product had returned to the warehouse coz the product was damaged when it was about to be delivered.i am surprise how a shoe can be damaged during delivery.i know that was a silly excuse and after all my main question was why did they sent me and email and message saying that they will deliver my product that day when the product had already reached the warehouse.never expected that from a rich guy company . That was my first and last day with ajio.com .worst experience ever.. zero professionalism
