Such a worst experience i had.. first of all delivered damage piece and forcefully got delivered. Said will replace by end of the day. Next i asked to take back product and asked to refund. Taken a week to take back. After that they haven’t intiated refund. I called multiple times to customer care. Still yet to get refund.
On top it furniture quality is very very worst and delicate. One star is also waste…

Hi,
I am Ganesh Pataiya, I had bought Arlo LHS Sectional Sofa from Pepperfry. Such a worst experience I had.. first of delivered damage product. Said will repone you by 24hrs and product will be replaced but no one responded after that I again call to customer care after I called multiple times to customer care they said same things. There is no one listing you all making you fool. On top, it services are very very worst. sad sad
