Worst online store!!

Horrible customer service!! Do not make the mistake of buying from this website!

I ordered a mixer grinder from Philips which took 8 days to arrive!! And then the Mixer is not working at all from the first use.
Now they are not ready to take the product back !!
After zillion times of calling customer care, explaining each and everyone the problem,its frustrating ! One of the person says we ll give a refund, the other says we will not give a refund.

They give a defective product and dont take back the defective product,
It cant get worser than this!!
Hence this online store is a big joke!
