Worst Platform for Shopping - Unsupporting returns

I ordered “Full Body Housing Panel Faceplate For Nokia Asha 302 Black”, “Order No.: 14887509”, on Rediff shopping but the seller sent the panel for Nokia Asha 200. I promptly reported this to rediff support asking for a replacement if not then at least a refund.

However, Rediff, UNPROFESSIONALLY, chose to wash their hands off by routing me to the China-bazaar seller directly. If someone is laying down a selling platform such as REDIFF, they should also be responsible to handle cases such as the above. Since I do not see any degree of responsibility being taken by Rediff I strongly recommend buyers to stay away from IRRESPONSIBLE & UNRELIABLE selling platforms as REDIFF. If there was a negative star, I would have used that, so pathetic.

There is a good reason why FLIPKART, AMAZON, EBAY, ….. are such highly successful selling platforms. They support their customers as well as sellers, responsibly.
