Worst return policies

Flipkart has worst policy in returning items for Fassured products.i have received a Fassured product without brand box. And when I am trying to return my return is cancelled. What will I do with a product that I don’t like. They are not ready to provide alternative solution for this issue. Worst experience in online shopping ever
