I purchased a facial kit and a massager on 15 Dec. 2017. The massager was not in a working condition that time so I called the team and they assured me to replace the massager within 4-5 working days. It’s been 15 days and I have not received the replaced product yet. The entire team working for Homeshop18 is worst and non-cooperative. A lady named Meenu Malhotra gave the stupid reply for my query. I m totally unsatisfied with their service.. 👎👎

You can’t return items bought on HS18.
So why would anyone buy from them and keep proving that item received is defective.
They don’t publish even reviews if it’s negative
