Zingoy is good for Voucher purchase But Zingcash+ concept should be removed

I have found Zingoy as great place to buy Gift voucher and overall experience is great .
I have only complains with Zingcash+ Its is useless and not customer friendly Policy .
If they really want to make way in the market , They should have policy to encourage people
to come and buy things on Zingoy

I got used amazon voucher worth 1000 from zingoy. Its been already 2 months now but no solution yet. I 100% trust them and still using them and redeemed many Amazon/Flipkart voucher successfully but now I am little sceptical about using them again. Any zingoy support person here who can help ??

Thats really worrisome. I have no idea how this online voucher selling works but I still feel that Zingoy should have a system in place to reconfirm/recheck if the vouchers being sent to the buyers are not the used ones. Well we all know how slow Zingoy support is but since they have given the words to resolve it asap, I hope they will do it. Still It makes me feel like the service level at Zingoy is the poorest because 2 months for such an issue, where you paid them upfront, is beyond my imagination.

Regret the inconvenience you are facing.
The issue was already raised to the gift card provider in the month of December 2017 and they had denied the error you were facing which you have shared with us. To double verify, we have made checks and are already in talks with them to reconsider this case and hence it is taking a little longer than expected.
I am working on this personally and on priority and we shall resolve this one asap way or another.

I have also raised My Issue regarding cashback earnings which all are pending since Dec 2016. Got a kind of template in reply.(Copy/Paste) and query resolved. Even i didnt received my earnings yet.
Another Issue- Zingcash+ :: Offering Zingcash+ but we cant use it on preferred Vouchers. (We can use on vouchers which are not in demand/or which are already offering huge discount directly). They should remove this Zingcash+ thing or restructure this policy to get more customers/transactions. (Like Gocash+, MMT Wallet+)
I would suggest you to stop using Zingoy as I did. Even mine cashback is pending since August 2016.

@admin I have been trying for long but seems every effort of mine going down the drain. No matter whom I contact… @bumblefoot or @ZingoySupport they all seems to have gone in dumb & deaf mode
