Hosting company – Linode
Reason for Error:- They are using small plan, Desidime need to upgrade Resources to give great user experience. May be they are running several of scripts/cron job which is eating too much Resources !!
Edit:- Problem with Linode as per admins !!

Eg:
Leapswitch, Pune is good, SSD based and cheap compared to other provider in india.
Amazon now in india.
So admin if possible try Leapswitch of Pune once you will amaze,,,

Till Now their is No “Quality Hosting provider” in india (except amazon)…
Many servers are available in india, but all are cheap quality / No support / best part is they are Indians (No Trust) !!

i used before, now moved my site to Netherland as it have some issue regarding dmca – 2 dedi and 2 vps
buddy, try Leapswitch vps first then move to dedi, they have good support 
As everything rely on database, SSD is must and improve way better,
what i used..
SSD based hosting (vps)
Webuzo panel (free one enough), better than cpanel, paid webuzo for utter noobs who need single click instllation, but still most use custom script that need manual installation..no point in paid licence of webuzo…
I used wordpress, so super cache done a great job, with widget cache reduced the load too much..
IS DD using SSD based drive or normal spinning ?
If you feel India is of low quality, move atleast to singapore Linode then..
But desidime is custom script also it’s forum, so each and every time more queries compared to standalone blog.
Also placing in india reduce ping a lot.

Linode is providing SSD drives So 100% its SSD !!

if you have great knowledge, So must know that Desidime is using CDN for Static files.. if server is available in japan or Singapore (Doesn’t matter*)
By the way what is Leapswitch Response time for support (in minutes or hours) ? as well as They are providing support at between 03:00 am to 04:00 as well ?
