Dimes redeemention query

Few days back i became eligible to redeem my dimes as they were above 200.
I redeemed 200 for amazon gv but I haven’t received anything yet and neither dimes are deducted from my dimes balance i don’t remember exactly when it was and i found no way to find out when and how many dimes are redeemed. I think its more than 3 days now.
Also after i filled the form there was message of successful redemption.
As it’s my first redemption i am not aware of these details
