I have opted for a Rs. 700 recharge on www.mobikw…om. As shown on website i should have got Rs 800, instead i got Rs 623. I called them, they said airtel is responsible. On calling Airtel they said they are not responsible for it. According to my understanding, i think mobikwik is responsible for it. Now rather than solving the issue, they are completely washing their hands off it. I would ask desidimers to abstain from MOBIKWIK.COm They are completely fraud and unsupportive.

I had a talk with the operator, they clearly mentioned they are not responsible or committed to provide any recharge value claimed/shown online at site other than www.air…in . In that case i totally hold you responsible as it was wrongly mentioned on your website. Apart from that , they mention that the offer has expired around Nov 26 2012 and was only valid for easy-recharge now. Please resolve that as soon as possible.

Airtel have clearly mentioned, they are not responsible for any recharge done through website other than www.air…in . I totally hold you responsible for this issue. I have recordings of both airtel customer care and yours. In case my issue is not resolved by you, i am bound to take you to consumer court and public forum for solution as i feel duped by your company.

The denomination Rs. 700 has been removed from your website. This clearly shows shrewdness on your part. On one side you say it can’t be changed and other part it has been removed now. I am going to file a legal case as i can see it has been manipulated by your website and apart from that i will put this case on public forums.
