I have opted for a Rs. 700 recharge on www.mobikw…om. As shown on website i should have got Rs 800, instead i got Rs 623. I called them, they said airtel is responsible. On calling Airtel they said they are not responsible for it. According to my understanding, i think mobikwik is responsible for it. Now rather than solving the issue, they are completely washing their hands off it. I would ask desidimers to abstain from MOBIKWIK.COm They are completely fraud and unsupportive.

I had a talk with the operator, they clearly mentioned they are not responsible or committed to provide any recharge value claimed/shown online at site other than www.air…in . In that case i totally hold you responsible as it was wrongly mentioned on your website. Apart from that , they mention that the offer has expired around Nov 26 2012 and was only valid for easy-recharge now. Please resolve that as soon as possible.

Airtel have clearly mentioned, they are not responsible for any recharge done through website other than www.air…in . I totally hold you responsible for this issue. I have recordings of both airtel customer care and yours. In case my issue is not resolved by you, i am bound to take you to consumer court and public forum for solution as i feel duped by your company.

The denomination Rs. 700 has been removed from your website. This clearly shows shrewdness on your part. On one side you say it can’t be changed and other part it has been removed now. I am going to file a legal case as i can see it has been manipulated by your website and apart from that i will put this case on public forums.

I am really sorry for what they did with you….Here at DesiDime we all know how their Customer Care Service is …….so never get tempted in future no matter how alluring their deals and offers are…….

It’s obvious they want take the blame on them ….. they would just try to throw it at others…….

I am not sure how much will it help you but just give it a try to write on their facebook page…..since i am aware of incidents(read on internet) where writing on their facebook wall’s had resulted in fruitful result…

Hi,

You are right, we were not prompt in updating our content for Airtel which is why you ended up raising request for an incorrect plan. Even my team did not realize that some of the offers on the content page had expired. When they communicated with the operator channels they received the response that the recharge of INR 700 will not yield talktime worth INR 800 on your mobile number.

And this is the reason there were persistently stressing on the idea that operator server is declining the recharge request you have raised. This happens on a regular basis that some of the prepaid offers are not valid on all mobile numbers and so when those requests are responded to by Operators the consumers receive a different voucher.

The details shared above do not serve as an explanation to the inconvenience you have faced in the past few days. I take full responsibility for this incidence. We, at Mobikwik, live by the motto that until and unless our consumers are absolutely satisfied with us we are not doing anything right. We had removed this offer from our operator page after receiving feedback from you as well as from Airtel team.

Since at this stage the transaction can not be reversed so we have updated your Mobikwik Wallet with the not-received talktime. You should have received a notification for a credit of INR 177 to your wallet. I hope that this experience will not deter you from enjoying Mobikwik services.

If at any point of time you face a similar issue or you are not satisfied with Mobikwik’s response please share your grievance directly with nikhil@mobikw…om and I will be more than glad to assist you in the matter

The offers/promotions are never a win-win situation for every consumer since the Terms & Conditions change for every deal. And which is why we want to roll out more offers (in 2013) which all our consumers can partake in.

Well that ain’t any different for mobikwik either. We had their representative once registering in DD only to vanish after 20 odd posts.

i always preferred Paytm for online Recharge
