I bought 2 tickets for housie game, if one person already claimed juldhi i 5 or four corners or the lines 1,2&3 could I claim one more time if I have second ticket? or it’s one time claim which is not depending on how many tickets we have?

No u cannot claim one more time. 2nd ticket will only increase your chances of winning.
