generally WhatsApp gives 250 contacts permission for subscription….then how desidime send deals via WhatsApp to many people from Germany’s contact number?

They use broadcasting messages and not group messages.

I don’t think they have different broadcast list because they have lot of contact numbers and whatsapp number is international
