My Old ID Suspended. Want to Change mobile number for channel alert

My old DD ID www.rajtapu422 has been suspended. But my primary number has been registered to that account. So that I can't use that mobile number to my present ID. Please De-link my primary number from that suspended ID . So that I can add this to my present account for channel alert. I had mailed on admindesidime.com before. But no resolution made for this. So I created this thread . Pls help me.
