Query regarding kg

Please tell me if there is any condition between 2 consecutive kg for a single person.
All i know that we cannot give karma 2nd time in 24hrs to same person. but i have noticed even after 24hrs their is some criteria.

In this context, it simply means to exchange Karma for no good reason other than to increase each other’s Karma numbers.
