Redeeming dimes getting very late !!!

Guys, have you anyone facing same problem in redeeming dimes ?
I have requested dimes redemption for paytm gift voucher for more than 2 weeks ago, still not received and looks i’m being ignored ! Even after contacting bumblefoot, im just getting reply as "let us look upon.. " 
Does it take more than 1 month to redeem gift voucher ?
Not a good attitude towards hard-working dimers ! Its like begging to get our previledge
I have not tagged any admins here ! Let other dimers know this issue !

BTW is there any section in DD, to get connected with dimers than here (dost and dimes).. So i posted here, and i don’t think its a wrong section.. pls mention it if i’m wrong !
This thread is created for general query/issue about redemption (incl. my personal attempt), also to make other fellow dimers to get knowledge about redeeming issues exists in DD.
SEEMS NO NEAR FUTURE FOR BRINGING AUTOMATTED REDEMPTION PROCESS ! WAITING CONTINUES FOREVER..
Finally received paytm gift card against my dimes with 5% convenience charge deduction.
Got to know that paytm vouchers will cost you additional 5% charge, so redeem it carefully. No deduction for other GVs.
You could have taken other gc then? Why paying CCharge?

I have got the redemption benefits in a week.. that too after daily poking these people
