Small suggestion regarding gift redemption
Hi guys and respected admin team, had a small suggestion regarding gift redemption in mind, nowadays the delivery time has increased significantly even for gift vouchers due to increasing load on admin team + only bumblefoot sir has to perform this duty.
Suggestion- Most of the people redeem for amazon/ flipkart gift vouchers , so you can tie up with some gift card provider like woohoo, and create a separate instant system for this, as soon as a person places a request, his dimes are deducted and voucher is delivered by mail.
The current system can be in place for all those wishing to redeem for physical products

Its really low bro, maybe 1% or 2% and for DD thats not bad at all, even if woohoo is not roped in, there should be a separate system for voucher redemption and they should all be processed within a maximum time frame of 24 hours, also this duty can be divided between various admins.
Hey guys it is already in pipeline to make this automated, but wont happen for the next 2 months…. will try to make it as fast as possible

So, they also gives us zingoy promo codes instantly after redumption of dimes …. And than we can purchase any GV’s from zingoy as well by using those Promocode …..
This will also not affect dd commission and also no need to collaborate with woohoo or other …

At checkout page of zingoy we have a option of promo code simply paste there promo which we get from dimes and get GV’s instantly ….

Zingcash redumption also , may will add on Desidime redumption options so, we get zingcash after redeeming dimes and from that also we can buy any GV’s from zingoy…..
My motive to say all is , you Connect zingoy with dd for faster redumption and automated redumption services without affecting your commissions 😀

Not a bad idea, but that incurs additional cost. I mean woohoo etc will charge something for the service.
