I got fpd for my deal of Airtel 51 RS. amazon gift voucher. they removed it saying it is account specific. many deals are for account specific and got fpd then y they removed my fpd deal. even idea and Vodafone and reliance jio which is for that user receives fpd then y not my deal. they are doing partiality with me.

this is not my number. its my friend number. the terms and condition which is posted above regarding after recharge u will get 51 amazon voucher. so it is not right.

mam it is not account specific. it is all airtel user who has 199 & 399 plans. accoiunt specific user is like who received specific code like freecharge app
I think you did not put extra effort in convincing them
You could have easily updated the terms and conditions provided as comment by @iamshashikant which could be the reason why so many thought its account specific
