When you Vote down a thread you need a give reason but when you vote up, you don’t need to provide any. What crap is this?
Either you should ask for reasons all the time or never.
Anyone from admin team reading this?

The reason why we need reason for vote down is to make the poster aware of where he went wrong and also others will get to know why it is not a good deal. And we want to make sure nobody misuses that.
