h4. New Rules For Trading & Classifieds
Sharing Tricks - DesiDime is all about good deals, coupons and offers and we stick to that. A BIG NO to tricks and loots which are illegal. There is no place for such threads on DesiDime .
If something can be posted openly (meaning its legal) is allowed. Everything else (PM me game) is not allowed
Requests/Giveaway Forum - Its only a forum to request and giveaway unused coupons and/or invites. No giveaway of tricks etc will be entertained. Neither giveaway of accounts.
h4. Trade conditions which are not allowed:
Selling of Coupons, Wallets, Accounts, Invites, Offers and Sharing screens & subscriptions, and anything related to account related exchanges will be considered as violation
Recharge & booking related/offer exchange/bill payment trade posts strictly not allowed.
Credit Cards and Debit cards giveaway/sharing for purchase of product/offer is not allowed
Posts offering additional benefit for joining or using a referral/invite/group links will be considered as serious Violation
Trade Posts in Wrong sections is not allowed and Any Warning/message received after post moderation should be considered as direct alert/warning
Open Warnings in forum threads should be considered as Final warning
h4. Cases Allowed in Trading & Classifieds Forum:
1. Trading of coupons/voucher/giftcards/promocode with other coupons/voucher/giftcards/promocode of fair value without any exchange of money/wallet/Upi/bank transfers..
2. Sale of old/new products.
3. Trading of invites with other invites or coupons
4. Trading of wallet amount with other wallet amount is allowed which is transferrable to other account without involving account details exchange (Do note selling of wallet is not allowed)
(Wallets like paytm, mobikwik, oxi, etc and not like MMT, zomato..... etc)
Trading is not allowed with any kind of wallets, bank transfers, Upi, money.(except when a physical product is being traded)
Dimer will have to specify both details on what exactly they are looking for/need in exchange with what they are offering for the same. Ex: Abc voucher need/offer with xyz voucher
Any threads not complying with above rules will be deleted and if user found repeating the same then it will lead to account suspension.
Trade at your own risk. Desidime wont hold any responsibility in your trade/exchange dealings.
We will keep adding scenarios which are allowed and which are not allowed.

Why my thread of exchanging wallet cash was removed? As per your rules, trading wallet cash is allowed. If these rules are changed, you need to remove all the thread that are trading mobi for oxigen and so on. Also update the OP.
I would have vd 1000 times if that option would have been available fed up with these rules. I think something has scared them
Well, its tough to comment it is good or bad move but on one hand we want net neutrality, open access to banned sites(if you remember porn sites ban was protested as intolerance, high handedness etc) and yes, openly promoting radical elements on social networks on other hand we consider some petty wallet transactions and loop hole trick sharing are criminal activity.
If companies are having loophole and letting users exploit it then why DD has to act as safekeeper for those companies. You cannot throw money on the road and expect others not to take it because it belongs to you. If its your’s then you better safegaurd it, thats what the concerned companies have to do not some user forums like DD.
DD should be neutral as it just a user message exchange platform with obligation not to reveal the user details under privacy policy but not to act as moral police of private organizations. It is completely another matter WHEN and IF companies approach the court and request to reveal the user details. As I seen in my law career it is VERY RARE to NIL chances that it will be allowed by court for petty acts like this that too because of business flaw to enforce such policy at their end.
If you guys remember SMS lottery scam which ran into millions are still couldn’t be completely solved and conviction rate is in single digit. For that matter of fact, Kalmadi, Marans are out on bail and damaad is still relaxing on couch after openly embezzling millions. Why I am mentioning this? Because I saw Mr anthrax.ut repeatedly mentioning/ threatening jail terms to users like gullible kid.
DD is just a forum run by users and better let it be there instead of acting like big brother with watching eye. If someone commits crime then they can face legal action by concerned entities as they can commit it using any means not physically holding others at ransom through DD.

It is not too difficult to establish a clear title (ownership proof that can be passed on to the buyer in an unambiguous manner) if the product/seller is legitimate.
It would help the related parties if this kind of an issue is ironed out up-front.

instead of this rules, they would have removed this trading forum 
I posted a topic intending to sell my movie tickets since I was not been able to make it. Someone just deleted my post. I expect at least some professionalism where a user is PM’d with the reason why his/her post is deleted. Simply deleting it neither makes any sense nor is fruitful. It just shows that people are simply using their authority and privilege to enforce things on others. Is that what this community/forum is for?
There is some technical issue due to which the msg was not sent.

Even I am wondering on this now (after Admins highlighted & removed my post from trading section!!
Need to find out more about this and understand it better…
Its time for Admins to change these 5 year old rules! 
Also, some dimers are not mentioning trade price in their trading posts clearly. Please ask them they can negotiate through message but they need to post a fixed price in their posts for everyone to know what trade is taking place, & at what price.
