Reliance Jio hikes yearly prepaid tariffs for JioPhone Users –Check new recharge plans

Reliance Jio is known to offer one of the most affordable recharge plans, however, they have raised the cost of one of their plans. Jio has increased the price of the Rs 749 prepaid package by Rs 150. The Rs 749 prepaid package for JioPhone subscribers was a long-term prepaid plan. The new yearly plan pricing is Rs 899. The new Jio prepaid plan price is now visible on the Jio website. Airtel, Vodafone Idea, and Reliance Jio all raised their prepaid tariffs in November 2021. Airtel CEO Gopal Vittal has suggested that the second wave of pricing increases may begin soon.

According to an earlier report, the industry might withstand another price increase because telecom carriers did not lose their customer base even when rates were raised by 25%. This is due to the fact that there are presently three privately-owned telecom subscribers, and rates have been raised across the board.

Jio’s Rs 899 recharge plan for JioPhone

Reliance Jio's package has a year-round validity of around Rs 899. This plan is good for 336 days in total. That means, every 28 days, you will receive 12 benefits. The plan provides a total of 24 GB of data, which is equivalent to 28 GB of data every 28 days. After 28 days, you will receive another 2 GB of data.
