Returns Policy :
We have a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect. In cases of categories where size is applicable, you can return a product if it does not fit due to a size mismatch. Products cannot be returned if the reason for return is other than “Manufacturing defect” or “damaged”. We have a 24 hours return policy which means that you can request a return only within 24 hours of receiving the product via our 24×7 customer care number 022 66874900. You can return any product except innerwear, lingerie, vests, briefs, trunks, socks, mittens, wristbands, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, fashion accessories, contraceptives, flowers, furniture, bullion, precious jewellery, remote-controlled toys and their accessories and any free/complimentary items received along with the main order.
Shipping Information :
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time (within three to four working days, Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays). Only one product can be shipped per order.
Customer Support :
We are committed to shipping your order within 7-10 working days of you placing the order. There is a minimal charge for shipping products, which you will be informed of at the time of placing your order.
