Never purchase Fabfurnish products and repent later, They have the worst service and delivery also the products are not original. I purchased a Double cot and to my surprise the product which I received was not made of wood but was made of saw dust particles. Ordered a 4 door Spacewood wardrobe online on Fabfurnish.com. Got it delivered in a broken state after 20 days. Two wood planks were broken. After repeated calls to customer care, I see no next steps being taken. And there is no option of getting refund.(I appreciate Pepperfry.com for having money back policy). Purchased 2 storage units for the office. The delivery happens on time, but everything after that is a sham. The technical team after several requests arrives on-site after 4 days. Cant get any worst experience than this. The Fab Home modus double futon sofa bed is a complete fake item listed on the site. The images on the website DO NOT match AT ALL what is delivered. The wood is rusty and has begin to develop cracks on the joints. When I complained to the customer care, they say that it is normal to get wear and tear. Bullshit. I recently purchased a product from Fabfurnish, Though the product reached to me within the so called 15 working days, it only happened after my constant pestering, i called/emailed them practically every day. Guess what, the product is broken. Whether they were trying to take a revenge on me for calling everyday or whether their quality really sucks. Just as a suggestion, dont ever buy from that store. Hello, I placed an order for an electric shaver and a bedsheet. Both got delivered within 5 days. The best part was the packing. Although it took me a while to open the box but it was worth the effort. The products were neatly packed and were brand new.
