    I have ordered for a redmi note 5 pro on 24th oct from flipkart, and still they didnt deliver the product and when i asked for a refund they are telling that some technical issue is there and they are telling excuses for last 18 days.. Still they didnt initiate refund process.. Please dont buy anything from flipkart, if you did, then you will suffer like anything.. They are the worst ecommerce i have ever used.     I have ordered a Canon camera worth 34990/-for my brother and I have paid through my credit card. When I have unbox the product I got a Chinese earphones worth 30 to 50 rupees. when I had a word with Coustmor service department they just give me a lite response. What the hell they guys are doing in India. Is flipkart think we Indians are fool. I just need my money back as soon as possible.     Even reputed sellers,especially in fashion, will give wrong product intentionally twice, so replacement policy by flipkart will say replace is only once possible and allowed,have refund on second time. And they won't refund shipping charges. So customer gets nothing and pays shipping. view more

    I had my 1st online purchase from them in 2013. At that time they were really great but as time passed, i guess they became a bit arrogant. But this year, they proved themselves the worst! Purchased a branded usb cable, they sent me a total fake. Didn't replace it nor refund it. Same happened with a portable hard disk! view more

    I bought a Redmi 6 for my Mother in exchange of OnePlus  during festive sale on Flipkart & requested to deliver after 25th Oct as i was away. But my request was discarded & it was delivered on 19th. Felivery guy refused to accept my Mother old phone due to smal scuffs buy as my mother was ready to give him all accessories, box even bill still the guy threatened to cancel thr order if money wasn't given equalent to exchange value of Old phone.     The story of Big billion days by Flipkart... Exchange your old phone for a new one..I ordered a new phone Vivo V 11 and exchanged my old phone Motorola G5 against same from the site. The order was accepted and everything went okay. However at the time of delivery, delivery boy declined to accept the old phone due to a scratch only on screen, Do they really expect A BRAND NEW OLD PHONE for exchange?     This is regarding the MI note 5 pro on going order. Which is being on hold unnecessarily. So on the day of delivery of this product, the delivery was rejected on the pretext that my exchange phone is not as per the exchange policy( the exchange phone i.e. moto e 4 plus). The executive came for the delivery had no clue as to why he is rejecting my Moto e 4 plus. He said we have orders not to accept any phones having slight scratch marks over it.
