Returns Policy :
Footprint360 follows a 15-Day return policy subject to the following conditions.
All returns will be accepted only with the original packaging. In case you want to return the product, please pack the product in the original box along with the original invoice.
After you have packed the item as stated in point (1), you can contact us via email, chat or telephone and we will pick it from your end.
In case you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
Products should be returned in the original condition you had received.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product damaged due to misuse

Tampered products or missing serial or labels
If the product is not having the original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, original bill and all/any other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Returns will be confirmed only after inspection. You will receive the status of the return within 3 working days after we receive the shipment. If the return is confirmed as per the policy, we will issue a store credit for the same amount of the returned product. The Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue; any unused store credit will expire at the end of this period.
