<p>My order wasn't delivered in time even though I did it in advance and mailed support to be sure they will deliver my gift in time (they just didn't respond). It was late for days, not only hours or next day even, and the recipient eventually&nbsp;just left the country by that moment. They left the gift to nobody and ignore my request to give my ~100 Euro&nbsp;back. I was scammed by this company for 70$. I ordered a gift for a loved ones birthday, and it never came. They dont refund the money. They dont deliver orders. Their customer service is terrible. They make up different excuses. They say your order was delivered to the wrong address or that it was already delivered. Looks like this company is cheating everyone.
