All gifts and experiences can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. The delivery times are estimates normally mentioned on product description. Actual delivery time depends upon availability of the product at the merchant, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might effect delivery. You can be rest assured that you are completely protected as a shopper with GiftZapp. For cancellations, please refer to the appropriate section. Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked. In case of perishable items like flowers and cake repeat delivery will not be possible and no refunds will be available. If an experience pack goes astray in post, we will provide a duplicate free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible for this. Delivery on the exact date required is available for perishable items like wine/ flowers/ cake. All other items will be delivered on or before the actual delivery date required. There are no guarantees for courier shipments – we try and deliver to you as required however in various conditions beyond our control there could be delays.
