Returns Policy :
At Shimply.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.
Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.
However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.
We will also not be able to accept the return if product
Is used/worn or altered
Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Is returned without original packaging and accessories
Serial Number is tampered.
If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return Policy on Electronic Items like Mobiles, Laptops etc
For any electronic item, please call within 48 hours of receiving the product if you face any issues. We replace/refund the product only in two cases -

If you find a defect after opening the product, you need to visit the nearest service center of the brand and get the DOA (Dead on Arrival) or DAP (Dead After Purchase) certificate from them (Most brands will only give you DOA/DOP if you visit their service center within 7 days of purchase of product). Once you receive this, please inform us; we will arrange the reverse pickup from your address. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we’ll ship the replacement at earliest (Subject to availability).
