If the cancellation is before your product is shipped:
Please inform the Shopglasses.co.in customer service team, they will add reward points to your account worth order value.
In case you have received defective/damaged/different product than described, you can get a replacement within 30 days of delivery.
If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to contact our customer support as soon as possible.
To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.
Customized lenses fitted in frame will not be taken back. In case you feel any difficulty in product adjustment in terms of fitting or vision correction, please feel free to get in touch with customer care @ 033-64992122

We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or colour deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.
Exchange and Return Policy for opened lenses (boxes or singularly) will not be entertained.
Shipping Information :
Shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be charged if the checkout amount for the product you have purchased is <= 500.
It usually takes 2-5 business days for the product to be delivered at your doorsteps.
Items which are labeled ‘In Stock’ on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and usually takes 2-5 business days to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure or import, are labeled ‘Imported’ on their respective product pages – the delivery of these items can vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
