Shipping Information :
- When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our 30 days money-back guarantee.
- If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund.
- However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. You must understand that we can’t bear any kind of loss either.
- To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
- Once your return request has been placed with our Customer Service, within 72 hrs we need to have the product picked from your place and another 10 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection.
- However we will not refund the shipping charges as it is a non refundable service charges.
- In case of damaged product/ defective product, we will grant the full refund along with shipping charges.
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only.
- Orders are shipped within 3-6 working days or as per the delivery date and location agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company.
- In case of Designer wear, we need 7 – 14 working days to ship your order because the product has to be delivered to our warehouse from brand merchandise after the order place. Post this we need 1-2 days for quality check of the product and then ship as per your order. We have the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain in the countries best is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. From the time your order is dispatched from our end, it takes 2- 5 working days to reach you.
- Further, if you’re purchasing multiple items and wish to ship them to different addresses, you’re recommended to place them as different orders. However, if you’ve ordered multiple items in a single transaction, and wish to ship them to a single destination, the delivery date will be set as per the availability of the last ordered product
- ShoppyStar is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Shoppy Star is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Customer Support :
- For all purchases of Rs. 999 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of a Rs. 60 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 999.
- If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
- If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
