How to escalate Zomato refund not received?

Hi,
So I have two orders to be refunded by Zomato. One instance where they delivered the incorrect order and one where they cancelled the order.
Both of these orders are showing refund initiated and failed multiple times.
I am only allowed to chat with the bot and not with any person.
They are not even providing a provision to refund in Zomato wallet instead of source.
I am emailed them on 29th and no reply yet.
What options do I have?

Do check your bank account statement. Maybe refund is already received but not visible in UPI apps.

If the amount in not that big, chargeback is there, it would take time but will settle at the end.
Else complaint in Consumer forum for deficiency in service as they should provide u update about it along with RRN or UTR
