It was 400 written in SMS. I booked 2 tickets worth 444 Rs so max I got was 400. I have not got that 15% cashback also. Nothing I mean. Absolutely nothing. I want that 400 Rs.

Only one of them actually went through and against which i received SMS for cashback redemption. Why do i see 5 different transactions ? The order number of all of them is different. Only the latest one is the genuine one through which I actually got a booked ticket.

For those who failed to receive the cashback – this is what you might have missed to do:
You will receive a message saying that you got cashback along with a weblink. Do not forget to click on that link and claim your cashback. Until you do this step, I don’t think you will receive the cashback. Hope this helps.

I was getting multiple issues while booking a ticket at 8.30pm. It continued till 8.55pm! When I was about to lose hope, I tried one last time and it was a success!!

Since I was outside, I did not check my mail for the cashback. Came home and saw the mails but there were no email regarding the cashback.

But later I searched in Spam/Junk mails and searched via keyword as Mobikwik but still did not find any email. I thought I lost the money..:-?

When I was about to comment here, I remembered receiving a msg regarding the cashback in my mobile. Immediately, I checked my mobile which had the msg with the link to claim the cashback. I clicked and got the cashback instantly!

What do you mean by dd link? Atleast did you use Mobikwik while booking?

If you have booked the ticket only because of the offer, then contact mobikwik asap to see if you’ll get cashback. Else cancel the ticket..:-D

If you did not use dd affiliate link then that should not be a problem coz the offer was from mobikwik. Even I didn’t receive my entire cashback, hv raised a support ticket with them.. . Fingers crossed

You need to accept the refund for getting refund.
Usually they send this link to email
But for this bookmyshow offer they are sending sms only not mail.
You need to click that link to accept the refund.

So check your inbox before complaining here.

You would definitely get a cash back if answer to the below question is yes.

1) Logged in book my show
2)paid via mobikwick wallet
3)Done payment from 6pm to 9 pm.

It is not possible to cancel ticket in BMS. It is in their TOS.
