Friends…as I said earlier, Help chat is a pure cheating app. Below are the reasons:
1) High failure rate of recharges
2) No auto refunds
3) No proper response on refunds even after repeated requests.
4) Someone earlier said that this chat concept is good….but its not…..infact that is for their good but not for us at all because the chat flow and history will be in their control (not like emails). Also, chat history is legally not accepted as evidence (thats what they want).
5) NO WHERE THEY HAVE MENTIONED THE REFUND & RETURN POLICIES ON THE APP (understand….they are promising nothing…I havent received any update on my refund from 15 days !!!)
6) The last but the most important thing is they dont have phone support. So, its just that you have to die fighting with them on chat but cant even talk to them. (We all know how worst paytm’s customer service is…they too dont have phone support)
So, I request dimers to keep such apps at bay and support only honest businesses who value customers.
